What do we process your personal data for?

These communications will be sent by the CONTROLLER and relate to their own products and services or those of collaborators or suppliers with whom promotional agreements have been established. In no case will third parties have access to the personal data.
• Conducting market research and statistical analyses. Handling orders, requests, or responding to inquiries made by the USER through any of the contact forms provided on the CONTROLLER's website.
• Sending newsletters about updates, offers, and promotions related to our business.

Why are we allowed to process your personal data?

The legal basis is Article 6 of the GDPR:

• With the USER’s consent: to send commercial communications and newsletters.
• For the legitimate interest of the CONTROLLER: to conduct market studies, statistical analysis, etc., and manage user requests.

How long will we store your personal data?

We will retain it only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing or as required by legal obligations. Once no longer needed, it will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure data anonymization or complete destruction.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF USER INFORMATION

By checking the relevant boxes and entering data in fields marked with an asterisk (*) on contact or download forms, USERS expressly, freely and unequivocally agree that such data is necessary for the provider to process their request. Providing data in non-mandatory fields is optional. The USER guarantees the accuracy of the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER and agrees to notify any changes. The CONTROLLER informs that all required data is necessary to ensure optimal service. If not all data is provided, the service may not fully meet the USER’s needs.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

In compliance with current personal data protection regulations, the CONTROLLER declares that it adheres to all GDPR and LOPDGDD provisions when processing users’ personal data and complies with the principles of Article 5 of the GDPR: lawful, fair and transparent processing, data minimization, and purpose limitation.

The CONTROLLER guarantees that appropriate technical and organizational measures have been implemented to safeguard USER rights and freedoms, and that the necessary information has been provided for USERS to exercise those rights.

SOCIAL MEDIA PRIVACY POLICY

1. USER INFORMATION

Who is responsible for your data on social media?

MEJORAS, SERVICIOS Y PROYECTOS INTEGRALES SA (hereinafter, the CONTROLLER) informs the USER that it has created profiles on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo, and Google+. The CONTROLLER is responsible for processing any personal data collected through these social networks and will do so in compliance with the GDPR and LOPDGDD.

What do we process your data for?

Purpose: To maintain a relationship between the USER and the CONTROLLER, including:

• Handling inquiries and requests.
• Sharing updates about activities and events.
• Providing information about products or services.
• Interacting via official social media profiles.

Why can we process your data?

Legal basis: Article 6.1.a of the GDPR. The USER, having a profile on the social network and choosing to follow the CONTROLLER’s page, provides express consent for the use of personal data made publicly available through their profile.

Users can review and adjust their social media privacy settings at any time.

The CONTROLLER only accesses public profile data, especially the USER’s contact name, and uses it solely within the platform. Data will only be added to the CONTROLLER’s files when necessary to fulfill a specific request.

How long do we retain your data?

Data will be stored until the USER withdraws consent as explained in this policy.

Who do we share your data with?

Any data shared via the CONTROLLER’s social media profiles—including personal data—may be publicly visible depending on the USER’s settings and the services used. Users can manage their visibility and permissions within each platform.

No data will be shared with third parties outside the social network, except when necessary for the stated purposes and only with contracted service providers who comply with confidentiality and data processing regulations.

What are your rights?

These can only be enforced regarding data under the CONTROLLER’s control:

2. USE OF THE PROFILE

The CONTROLLER may:

• Access public profile information.
• Post content already published on its own profile to the USER’s timeline.
• Send private messages through the platform.
• Post status updates to appear on the USER’s profile.

The USER can manage connections, remove content, and control visibility via their privacy settings.

3. PUBLICATIONS

Once the USER follows or joins the CONTROLLER’s social media page, they may post comments, links, images, or multimedia content. The USER must own or have permission to share such content.

Any publication that could be considered offensive, unethical, inappropriate, or infringe on third-party rights (including intellectual property) is strictly prohibited.

The CONTROLLER reserves the right to remove such content without prior notice and to block the USER if necessary.

The CONTROLLER is not liable for content freely posted by USERS.

The USER is solely responsible for their privacy and should be aware that their posts may be visible to others.

Images published on social media will not be stored in CONTROLLER systems but may remain on the platform.

4. MINORS AND USERS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS

Access to the CONTROLLER’s social media profiles is restricted to users over 18 years old. If the USER has special needs, a legal guardian or representative must intervene with valid documentation proving representation.

The CONTROLLER disclaims all liability for use of social media by minors or individuals with special needs. No personal data of minors is knowingly collected. If you are underage, do not register or provide personal data on our profiles.
