Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety Policy Mejoras, Servicios y Proyectos Integrales S.A.U. (hereinafter, MESPISA), a company dedicated to the provision of gardening services (Ibiza Green) and the sale and installation of urban furniture (Decópolis), establishes its commitment to stakeholders, clients, and end users as a reference framework in compliance with the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015, UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015, and UNE-EN ISO 45001:2018 standards.
The organization delivers all its services based on an execution philosophy aimed at achieving a high level of customer satisfaction, commitment to environmental care, and a strong focus on the occupational health and safety of both personnel and facilities.
Senior Management establishes, implements, and maintains this policy grounded in responsibility and the commitment to meet all applicable requirements. It also commits to the continuous improvement of services and overall performance, based on the following pillars:
- Provide clients and users with services that, within the framework of contracts and agreements, meet their needs and expectations, while ensuring safety for individuals and respect for the environment.
- Actively collaborate with clients in the continuous improvement of services and their brand image, always complying with agreed-upon requirements.
- Comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements, as well as other obligations related to environmental aspects and the occupational health and safety of workers.
- Promote and implement appropriate measures to ensure environmental protection through pollution prevention, sustainable use of resources, mitigation and adaptation to climate change, and environmental conservation. Simultaneously, eliminate hazards and reduce risks related to occupational health and safety.
- Plan all services and organizational activities considering environmental, quality, and occupational health and safety criteria.
- Foster smooth communication with all stakeholders.
- Provide our employees, in relation to the risks associated with our activity, with all necessary protective equipment and safe, healthy working conditions to prevent work-related injuries and health deterioration.
- Offer employees the tools, time, training, and resources necessary to ensure a strong commitment to consultation and participation.
- Implement the planned actions to continuously improve the effectiveness of the management system in terms of quality, environment, and occupational health and safety, as well as its performance.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction across all areas and services, aiming to position MESPISA as a benchmark company in the Balearic Islands.
