As part of the continued renovation of the Port of Botafoch, local authorities decided to install a shaded area near the mooring and boarding zone for boats to Formentera, along with a children's playground in the same area. This project serves as the final touch to a redevelopment that began years ago along Ibiza’s seafront promenade.
At Decópolis, we proposed as part of the submitted project a solution that included the installation of two Habana pergolas and the creation of a new, safe, functional, and attractive playground designed to entertain young children.

The shaded areas have created a space for rest and waiting, offering protection from the sun and heat for both pedestrians and ferry passengers heading to Formentera. At the same time, the newly installed playground with modern play elements provides children with a safe place to have fun.
As part of the Port of Botafoch’s renovation, these spaces dedicated to leisure and relaxation enhance the experience in a high-traffic area and contribute to the well-being of both regular users and tourists visiting the Muelle de Ribera.
