The Balearic Port Authority, together with Palma City Council, recognized this gap in information and challenged us to serve this more independent kind of tourist by promoting the island’s cultural heritage, natural beauty, and available services.
At Decópolis, we analyzed the situation and developed a tailored proposal: to create and install a Tourist Information Office in the key area.
We chose to install a kiosk from the Microarquitectura brand a product known for its versatility and functionality that meets the need to provide tourist information, welcome visitors, and blend harmoniously with the design and environment of Palma Port.
