To safeguard the facility and its machinery, and to reinforce safety for personnel, it became necessary to install protective elements in key areas to prevent damage caused by the large industrial vehicles that circulate daily through the Ca Na Putxa sorting plant.
Given the specific characteristics of the Ca Na Putxa sorting plant, protective barriers and bollards with a specially designed profile were installed to withstand vehicle impacts. In addition to their robust and solid build much stronger than typical urban furniture solutions these elements were also visually marked to help prevent accidents.

Thanks to these new safety features, Ca Na Putxa has successfully protected its overall infrastructure, including electrical panels, door sensors, and building corners. At the same time, visibility in the area has improved through the use of clear color demarcation.
