The Mallorcan municipality of Capdepera, committed to implementing active environmental policies and reducing maintenance costs, has opted to switch materials for its urban furniture.
At Decópolis, in collaboration with the Capdepera City Council, we proposed replacing wood a material that involves high maintenance costs with recycled plastic. As part of this initiative, urban furniture such as benches, picnic tables, and fencing around playgrounds has been updated using recycled plastic.
